i'm a french canadian. sorry for my mistake

i enrolled to just know my IQ. i gace my cell number order to receive a pin number to get access to my score.

every day i realized a sms to play.

in my ignorance i just deletd because i was convainced if i'm not playing i won't be charged.

by that time i was in the usa for vacation.

so when i received my bill, i thought it was the charge for the long distance call.

i was off track... the next month i saw the increase of my charges.

i checked... i saw a charge from a third party.

i called my mobile service and they said they cant do anything about it.

i follwed their advices. i contacted the third party. and then i wrote to them. i explained i never respond to their sms because i was convainced if i'm playind and use their service i will be charge.

they ignored my complaint.

i cant paid the charge because im very thight in my budget.
i'm alone with my kid. and i have to follow my budget.

i find this very invasive the way they are working

i'm trying to speak with them: negative!!!
