On 07/10/2011. i called my bank to see if my refund was put back into my account from another program and it was and then i find out that ezsaver took 16.95 out of my account so i got onto there website and put in my complaint and as i was reading some of the complaints i read where a lady wrote she got on to the website for ezsaver and cancelled her account so i took the e-mail address and cancelled mine, which of course i still had no idea what this was. then i followed up with the 800 number my bank gave me and spoke to a person, i stated to my reasons for my call and he stated i enrolled in the program back in June of 2011, i stated i never heard of them and i did never enrolled with them, so he stated they will refund the 16.95 and it should take a day or two, i called my bank to let them know i was expecting a refund from ezsaver, I called back ezsaver to let them know that the bank was aware that a refund will be put back on to my account, then he stated there is another refund coming out as of today. i asked from where and he stated for another program where i can get coupons for so many percent from gas and various stores. i stated no do not take this out i want this refunded if it is taken out so he stated i can help you with and he stated this will be a one time refund with both of these programs. i stated to him that i never heard of this program and that i do not want them to ever do this again and put this comment on to the account that was cancelled that they stated i had with them. he stated he will do that. so i will follow up with my bank for my refund. and get another visa card with a different account. i don't know where they got my account information in the first place.
