Complaint 3896 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I have no idea why this charge came up on my account...I did not authorize it....further more I checked with the bank and they are now suggesting I change all my banking information...this would be a disaster because I do so my of my personal bill paying online...also there is NO 1-888 or 1-800 phone number to get in touch with this scam company...or not that I have found
