I have been on hold for 17 minutes starting at 9:15AM on Monday morning awaiting a customer service rep to answer....highly unusual for a legitimate company. I received their product monthly at first, then every two weeks, now another shipment arrived today just days after the last....all two bottles each. This is surely a scam. now 20:00 minutes on hold, and waiting.... These people need to be shut down for shoddy business practices....can't really comment on product content or quality, but that should clearly be investigated, too.
