To the person who posted "I was looking to find out about how to get grants from Grant resource center and was asked to pay 1 dollar for shipping for the information package. I did not agree to 3rd party sharing. I never recieved the info package as of 11-22-11, instead my card was charged 59.67 by grantassist. I called 888-632-5590 provided from my bank and was told I couldn't get a refund, but could use the site for three months which I did not agree to. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was Hung on. I went to the site to make a complaint and was unable to log in "
I just found this on my banking online site and called them because it was still processing. The customer service representative removed the charge because it was not authorized. She told me to watch my account for a month. if the charge was put back on to call immediately to the bank and they would send me to the fraudulent claims department. i refreshed my banking page and the 59.67 charge was removed. i have just refreshed the page again and the 2.97 charge was i authorized was on there. a 3 dollar mistake is ok but 60? HAH
i had the same issue... i tried logging on and it would only stay at the logon page. i called the number on my banking page and they hung up on me, 3 times when i told them what i was calling about
