I received a call from an 'Unavailable' number and a Cindy Bayler told me that I had a grant for $7,800. I was told to go to a Western Union with $200.00 and a 3 forms of I.D. She told me the $200 was for a deposit and assured me that it was not a fee and that I would get my $200 back along with $7,800. She also said that I was to call 202-657-5251 while making the $200 deposit and the transfer. I thought this was too good to be true and it turns out it is! It's a total scam! What's more is that I heard others making phone calls in the background--it was like a sweat shop for scams!
