I asked for online help to Sears Repai company for my dishwasher's repair . The company sent a technician to figure out what was broken. He found out the switch botton needed to be fixed. He ordered the part. The part never came so he never came either. I have been waiting for at least more than a month. I got frustrated and asked my money back. Nobody called nobody promised the button would come some day. My 130$ is gone. I am just barely surviving with my salary and they did this to me.
