I, like many others, was charged $99 to my credit card by Bidrack when I thought I was signing up for a FREE account to view the autions to SEE if I wanted to purcahse any bids and use the site. I was charged this $99 fee on May 18, 2011. I immediately sent an email to customer service questioning the charge and was sent a "canned letter" stating that they are sorry that I didn't "mean" to purchase any bids but they would NOT refund my money. I attempted MULTIPLE times to request my refund but to no avail. On June 2nd I was sent a "purchase confirmation" email (3 weekw after the original issue surfaced). Then after that, I received multiple "bids added to your account" emails. I NEVER accessed this account and NEVER gave up trying to get my money back. Now the company is "no longer holding auctions or accepting orders and has ceased operations." Not only did they charge my credit card for something I did not want, they refused to give me a refund and now they have STOLEN my money!!! Please help us all get our money back.
