I placed an order and returned the product as per their instructions with the understanding that a refund would be processed within 10 days. That was in April...7 months later I am still waiting. I've called the company many times, have gotten emails to Supervisors with little or no response...but still no refund.
Rep told me the company was being sold and that was the reason for the delay. I think it is a scam. Shame on you!
