Complaint 37102 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Like others I ordered a sample after seeing an ad on-line for Perfect Radiance anti wrinkle cream where I paid £5.95 for this sample. Since then they have taken £74.95 on 21st October, and again on 10th November! I have only received 1 x further bottle the same size as the sample received for £5.95 As others there was no paperwork received just a Despatch Note with their address on the phone number 0808 168 3684. I called this number and spoke to a lady named Jeanette (sounded American) and I complained about this money being taken and she said that I hadn't cancelled my interest 1 x month after recieving the sample and it says this in the terms and conditions! I told her that the terms and conditions weren't visable! She offered to refund my 2 x payments of £74.95, but I'll wait and see on my statement. I have requested a cancellation confirmation email from them as the Credit Card company cannot stop the payments because we entered in to a mandate with the supplier (This is ridiculous and the goverment need to change this law ASAP)!I have also wrote (recorded delivery) requested a cancellation and a return of my money and returned the product to West Lothian. I actually got the money taken out of my account before the product ever arrived....be carful this is an unreputable company to do business with and it is a scam in the small print somewhere stating you have to cancel yourself even though the adds/web make you think you are just recieving a sample!
