On 11/03/11, you billed my account for $54.90 for the purchase of Regal E-Cigarettes. This is to inform you that I never made this purchased! I submitted a request for a sample \"starter Kit\" which only cost me the charge of shipping and handling. I never authorized the withdrawal of the money indocated above. Therefore, I request that my account be corrected immediately. I can only assume that this was a mistake. However, if this matteris not corrected, I intend to provide this information to the proper authorities with a copy of my original order. Please rectify thisobvious error as soon as possible. Thank you.
