I signed up for this site , and have clicked well past my limit. They said that at 25,000 I could request payment and be paid. I was going to upgrade for $159 , but after checking with paypal and them telling me the problems that others had with the upgrade, I reconsidered. However, I did the clicks and read emails, and was not paid. I copied and pasted my transaction page, and you will notice that I have not gotten paid. They are definitely a scam and I am reporting them to the BBB right now.
