My son ordered a Samsung netbook from them. Again the price seemed to good to be true. He bought the UKASH vouchers, then they asked for proof of ID, which he then sent. However, he then kept getting e mails from them asking that he resubmit the items, as they were not of a good enough resolution! That is when I stopped the process.
