I ordered a 14 day trail of the product online on about 6/10/11 and used my credit card for payment for postage and received the product on about 6/18/11 and didn't open it until until 6/20/11 and found that the pump on the product did not work. Could not even find the tube for the pump. And the opening is so small it is impossible to get enough product out to use any other way. I first checked my bank account to see if they charged me for the postage and found they didn't but charged me the $78.41 from my account. I immediately called them and they cancelled further orders but would not cancel this one even though it had only been 12 days since I ordered it. I have my bank and the Better Business Bureau trying to help me reason with them but it has not been successful. I still have the product and can not use it because of the faulty pump.
