Started out with Tops Academy who linked me to Brainhost telling me all through the video that the website would be free. Then you have to pay for your domain name, length of time you want the name for, spam guard, etc. Wish I would have had spam guard on that email from tops. They sent me their welcome email but when I try to log in a launchpad.brainhost.com the characters you type in during log in can't be seen for either user name or password and then it tells you that there is NO such user name, or that you incorrectly typed the password. Again, you CAN'T see it! Tried to do their live chat and sat there for 30 mins with no help. Tried to call and got put on hold for 49 mins. This is an obvious fraud! I can't believe I fell for it! Never again.
