I was sent to their webssite to buy tickets for Cirq Du Soleil Qudam at Verizon Center I thought for November 20, at 1pm. I called Ticketmaster to see if I could get them changed they said the ticket were already sold to someone else for those seats I was also told the tracking number belonged to someone else using an American Express Card. What I got were tickets for November 19 at 3:30pm. I called I only received a message machine named Song Ticketing, I then found this website only to find that they are a bait & switch scam company. I called my Credit Card Company and told them to stop payment. I am now out $708.00 dollars. I purchased a new set of tickets for the right day and time through the real ticketmaster but they are bad seats. Is there anything I can do at this juncture?
