I ordered a chef basket upon seeing the ad on T.V., and they would include a second one free, and a free knife, and free shipping. After several weeks, we got a call and said they were out of stock and would send us an upgraded on, and was that okay. Well we said it was okay, and we received the order a couple of days, and we were charged for shipping, at the cost of the second basket, and I feel the shipping charge was too exorbitant.
