Charged on my credit card. I did get through to customer service. They reimbursed my card, cancelled the order and also cancelled an other charge that had been unauthorized. I had tried one of there products last year then decided to cancel. Thought it was taken care of then I get this charge on my card. Waited about 15 minutes before I got a live person. Who took care of the situation. Brent
