On mentioned date I got a call from Jimmy Jordan regarding servicing my home computer due to a software not updating. I mentioned to him at the very beginning of the conversation I didn't have money, and also mentioned that everytime I got a call from them they always wanted money. Nevertheless, I let him log in remotely (probably a bad idea) and he worked on it for 4 hrs! He would work on it for awhile and then call and tell me that IP address was compromised and that I needed this and that, I was once again told him I didn't have money to spend on anything, he said he would take a look and see what he could do. Then he showed me I needed some Security software and he logged into Wal * Mart remotely and showed me what I needed, it cost $1,589.99 I once again said I didn't have money. Very persistent person, and said he was going to start working on the computer. During the 4 hours that they worked on it, I talked to Jimmy Jordan, then to a Richard Brown, and the last supposedly TECH was Daniel. Since then I have gotten many calls from them regarding payment, obviously they installed this software, each time they call I tell them the same thing I don't have that kind of money. Today, Sunday 2/14/16 I got a call from I believe a Shirley, she basically threatened me and told they were taking LEGAL ACTION, I then said I never authorized any purchase, I also mentioned that the tech wanted me to login into my BANK ACCOUNT to see if the hackers had gotten into my account. What kind of crap is this? I mentioned this to the lady that called today 2/14/16, she started yelling at me and said, "you don't know who you are dealing with" yelling at me. I hung up and that was the end of that conversation. I told her to call me again, and I didn't need their services at all.
