On two occasions I submitted $10.00 to be included in the lottery drawing.Once I received a form requesting a $50.00 submission for an other drawing to which I did not reply. On this date I submitted the $29.95 for inclusion in another drawing. I then received another form asking for another $29.95 to which I would receive $40,000,000.00.Then I received another form asking for another $29.95 to which I would qualify for $185,000,000.00. I don't know about
Australia as to whether it is against their law to use the mail service for illegal an operation. In the USA it is illegal to use the mail service to operate an operation. It would appear that the USA could get in the act an bring PAYMENT SERVICES INTERNATIONAL to justice.
