I borrowed $300.00 and I told them over the phone that I only wanted to pay it up within 3 payments. They said that I needed to call 3 days priyor to the due date and let them know I wanted to pay 138.00 overwise the load would default to a 6 payment arrangement that would cost me twice as much. I called in for the first two payment and let them know I wanted to pay 138.00. In the month of FEB 2016 I call back to ask them to take what I thought was the last debit of 138.00 and was informed by the agent that I only had another one hundred and something left to pay but what he meant was that this was the balance after I make the current payment. These folks are waiting on you to make one mistake so that they can default by to the longer payment structure so that they can charge you more. They have the most unprofessional people working there with limmited knowledge about there own product. These people, in short, are crooks and I will never borrow another damn dime from these parasites.
