I was contacted by a 646 area code stating I was chosen to receive an $8000 Grant from the Government. I was told to transfer $250 through moneygram as a deposit to hold the Grant. I was then transfered to a Federal Reserve Bank and was told to pay $800 for a PPI since the amount was so big or it would be considered a loan and I would have yo pay it back. I was told I would get the $250 back. I transfered $1050 to a man named Rodney Delve located in Florida.. I was then told that I would I would receive a confirmation number so I could get the money. After awhile, I was told I couldn't get the money through moneygram because of the amount. If I wanted a Government check sent to my house within a day, it would be an extra charge of $750 or sent to my bank,I would have to pay $999...
