Door to door rep came to my door telling me that if I went with clearview energy it would be cheaper than what I was paying. He circled the rate on my old bill and said it would be cheaper thru clearview. I received my bill and the rate was .0991 kwh and my old rate was .0650 so it was much cheaper. I called to make a complaint and was told I would have to pay $150.00 early disconnection fee to cancel because I called after 30 days but my last bill was at the old rate and they would do nothing to clear this matter up and wanted to charge me $150 disconnection fee. This is crazy what a scam. I am not happy I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
