Briefly describe the scam:
They say they exchange your driving license and you need to pay infront , then they say there have never been complaints but its because there are not many going public with it and they change their email and site address. They convince you you and you pay and they stop communicating. Everything on their site is false specially their address. the.me has to sound a ring. They get 500-1000 euros and stop communicating. Have people in poland ukraine with false identities to pick up money from western union and is all fraud.
