Well my name is Suzanne Patton. I am able to speak on behalf of Jaiquin Moore at gold acceptance. I called Monday the 1st of February and talked to rosa the person who dealt with Jaiquin moore's account when late. I called and explained that he had a financial emergency to help his mother with a 1200.00 medical bill. So he was unable to make his rent or his car payment for January. I told rosa that and said I a week he would have the pymt of 433.87 plus a late fee. She did say the loan wasn't secured until payment was made, I understood that and she has told me that a couple times. But nothing was done like what happened on feb 4th. I also called her on Tuesday and told her I talked to some other gentleman at the company a few weeks ago. He told me in order for jaiquins pymt to go back down to original price he needed to supply info on proof off full coverage insurance from July of 2015 to November of 2015. So he found it and I told rosa that Tuesday the 2nd of February. So on the 4th like between 2am to 5am the car was repoed, I talked percilla which is Rosa's supervisor or at least the supervisor of the department she is in. Percilla told me that she was looking at his account and that January was his first time he was 30 days late due to a family financial emergency. I am sorry but his mothers health on weather she stayed alive was more important at the time then his car Pym! That is why I called Rosa. Both days I called about 4 to 4:30 pm. Both times rRosa seemed to really not be listening to me and fealt like she was rushing me off the phone. When I told her on the 4th she said I was rushing her. Really because I am the customer calling about a late pymt. She also did not seem to be paying attention to what I was saying. I told her about the info I needed for the proof of insurance for July 2015 to November 2015. Told her another employee told me this a few weeks ago. Then she said yes we already have the proof of his insurance. I said no u do t the one for last year to lower his pymt back down. They added basically a fee to his pymt cause he so called didn't have insurance and he did. She oh yes that one or somehing like that. So I had to repeat myself. She was very rude as usual and I want her fired. I am also contacting the better business bureau. Rosa told me a few months ago when I was setting up a pymt arrangement. She said " you know he can not afford this car". Excuse me who is she to have that opinion. So I did call back at report her to her manager. The whole company is rude. I just talked to a guy this morning and he was talking over me. Working wth customers on the phone or in person u never tell people negative things like that. I know how the auto financial business works, I worked for HSBC for thirteen years and was dealing with the auto loans and pymts. Also when u call to speak to someone almost every time it takes me 4 to 5 calls to finally get they to someone ...then get put back on hold again. So this company either needs to be run by all new people or be shut down. I also asked for the director of the comaonies name and that was hard to get. Percilla did tell me. Gid melek. I called back again to talk to this person or leave a message. They basically said I couldn't. They said this person wasn't in and I said ok can I leave a message or email. Basically changed the subject. Very rude ignorant people. So for the money he had to pay to get the car out of repo and the repo fee he should not have to pay due to very poor customer service by rosa. She made me believe all was ok cause it was before. She just may have had a problem with me but that wasn't right. He was 30 days late once I was told. And Rosa ordered the repo. The amount he has to pay to get it out and get it home cause the car was damaged he would need to have the car towed home cause it can't be driven. So please do something to help. I mean how many more complaint do u have to get saying this company is rude and don't do things right.
