I ordered a coat from cziald.com for $119.45 on 1/21/16. I had never used this site before but although some things were bothersome (awkward grammar, mostly), the site is extensive and appears to be legit overall. My credit card was charged by "VONLUXE SHOP BEIJING CN" and I received an Email stating that the order was processed, but the fact that I was order #46 sent up another red flag. When I went back to the site I noticed that there's no way to contact them other than email. I've sent several Emails requesting status of the order, with no replies. At this point I'm chalking it up as a loss and a lesson learned.
