I was contacted by Priceless Times stating that I it was Marriott Vacations. I was surprise that Marriot offers a vacation package at a heavily discounted price, but I listen. I was transfer to the processing department, and the lady (Erika) stated "Priceless Time offer the best packages and we are not affiliated to any third party organization". I was a little confused and started to ask questions, and authorized her to charge the credit card for $348.25. On 02/08/2016, I read the email she sent me with the authorization form, but not information about the product was provided. I contacted Erika to cancel the purchase and she told me it was non-refundable when during the call she never mentioned that was the case. I continued to ask her to cancel and she said that I need to sign the payment authorization for in order to cancel. However, the form explain that by signing it you are agreeing to Priceless Times terms and conditions to charge you for the remaining balance.
