I had purchased this blender in 2011/2012 off the shopping channel. Noticed a burning smell they assured this was because it was new. I used it less than 15 times. Wanted to use it today , plugged it in tried turning on. Nothing. Does not work at all. I want my money back. Will call the shopping channel tomorrow.
