I just got a phone call saying that I was being given $10,200 from the Federal Reserve, because I am disabled/retired/low income. They did not ask me for any personal information, but did verify my address and age, they then gave me a number to call (202-738-1939) and said they would then transfer all this money into my bank account.
Well, I figured it was a scam and looked it up on-line and saw all the complaints. So, I am reporting the phone call and WILL NOT call them back, just glad I did not give them any of my money or any account numbers.BE WARE!! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
