I ordered a hdmi adapter on December 26th and still haven't received it (it's Feb 3). When trying to find customer service info on the website, it basically has none unless you log in. Problem is, I didn't have to log in when making the purchase. Usually I trust sites that accept PayPal as method of payment given how secure PayPal is but now I'm losing faith that was a good desicion. I would just like a refund or the item I purchased.
