I ordered the free sample - paying for the shipping only. There is also a money back guarantee. I have barely used a quarter of the initial free sample before I received another shipment that I did not order. There is no contact number or name or amount - just a packing slip with the above address on it. My credit card bill was charged $179 for the one product and 189 for the other - neither of which I asked for or want.
