I paid 39.95 to Reimage, (they refunded)
Then when an "agent" picked up, they sent me to a tech. He said I had to pay an additional 79.99 to TECH.UPCLK.COM and then they would work on my computer. In three days they were on about 4 hours off and on in three days. They left me with a mess. No malware, deleted files, my computer was a mess. Each time I tried to call after, agent would pick up, but tech would never pick up after the second day. They left my computer in a real mess, and I had to pay another company to fix it. I talked to Reimage, and they checked also, and found out that Tech-upclk.com was a scam, and that they may have a problem, as it came up as a popup on their page. Reimage refunded me the money I paid them, 39.95. My bank will help me get the rest back. Now you have the number, maybe you can do something about them. 1-877-773-1615.
