received a call around 10:30 PM from wefix365 llc and was informed that this is Hp company and my computer was about to be hacked. The person had an accent and it was hard to understand. He said it was urgent that I get onto my computer and enter in some commands and he would show me that my security system was no longer operating. He said that he was in possession of information from Windows and that is how he was able to disarm my resistance. I tried to follow what he was pointing out to me but he spoke very fast and the connection was bad so after a while I just fell into believing what he was saying. He turned me over to a technical support area and they asked for remote access to fix the problem. It took a while. I could see that they ran chkdsk and possibly Norton and were doing other updates. When it stopped, someone else got on the phone and asked me to pay with my credit card a fee of $177.78. I was so fearful that if I refused they would destroy my software so I gave them my credit information. They sent me an invoice which I was to sign and fax back to them. I did all that because I did not feel that I was in control anymore.

The next day I googled Wefix365 LLC and learned of the scam. I followed the advice about password changes, scans, and bank notification on my accounts and credit cards. They called me the next day to find out if everything was working properly. I told them that I knew it was a scam and that they are all over the internet. He denied it and insisted that they were legit.

These people are excellent in the art of lying , They ended up uninstalling my antivirus because antivirus would notify if any bad person would try to take a remote access of your PC. I made changes to my security sytem alerts and deleted most of the programs they installed except for CCleaner which I liked but was suspicious of, also. . They called me again repeatedly the following week and I ripped into them. Then a very smooth talker called and spent another hour trying to convince me that they were good techhies and just out to help. He said he would reduce the price from$177.78 to $!25 and I would have to sign another invoice. I said, No Thanks. Leave it as it is. on my software. Whew! These people will keep hounding me forever.... I may have to change my identity. They are driven to scam anyone who talks with them. BEWARE!! When I asked him how he got my phone number he said it came from the server with all the other information about my computer virus. How can that be true? Does information sent on the Internet carry and individual's telephone number? I don't think so... He may have hacked into my Internet provider's database which probably contains my phone number. I plan to dispute the charge of $177.78 when it is filed. Hopefully I will not be responsible for it. I have blocked their calls but I know they will try to get me again. I have to learn to meditate or this will surely make me crazy.....

Fuck you wefix365 LLC .
