i was informed that i was only guarantor and ask to sign areas that were meant to be to assist my partner in signing up on their company when in actual fact it was to create an account in my name. Once i understood these facts i immediately sent the return policy agreement form and asked for the money to be returned and to opt out. I rang constantly to see what was happening and then a representative arrived a month later, I asked what happened and he stated that no forms had been received and that they would look in to it. Five months later i get a phone call saying that i still owe them $400 after them having taken out almost $2000 and not giving me any product.
