I was having difficulty with PDF Suite 2015 on my computer a product I had been using for the last two years however then it stopped working. So today I called the service number I found on-line at the PDF Suite 2015 site and ended up speaking with a technician from Upclick who said if I went on-line a provided my credit card information and spend $456.00 the problem would be fixed and my money would be refunded. I was told the issue on my computer would be fixed within two hours it is now seven hours later and the issue is not fixed. When I called for a refund I was told that I could be credited half the amount back which is bullshit. I cannot believe who people are mislead. This is appalling I want a full refund
