Completed a survey for Amazon and receieved the choice of one of four "free" offers - chose Spark Whitening and was told it would cost $1.03 -- that's it. NO notice of more money needed or an automatic renewal. I get two baggies with pens, but there were no instructions on how to use the pen - just the tray. Keep that in the back of your mind. So, I email and they send me instructions via email, 8 days after the original order. When I saw the charge 9 days later for $94 on my bank account, I called to complain and they said I was supposed to cancel within 8 days of the order! Of course, I had no idea about any of this because they don't tell you, but I cancelled. I was so mad that the guy said he would reimburse me 35% of that $94. I hung up still angry. Then I realized there was no way I could have cancelled within the 8 days because I didn't know how to use the product since I did not have the right directions. Of course, I called back to ask for 100% of my money back but the customer service person said they could not do it and hung up on me. Expensive lesson learned - and honestly - it also leaves a bad taste in my mouth about Amazon!
