The company advertises a solution to homework problems within 5 minutes for the cost of a $20 Amazon Gift Card. I probably should have realized it was a scam because of how they wanted to be paid, but I couldn't find the answer for a problem I was struggling with, so I went through the motions. I received confirmation from Amazon that the gift card was sent via e-mail and have yet to receive the answer/solution to the problem I submitted 5 days ago. I received two e-mails from someone named 'Matt' and replied back inquiring about a refund for my money as I never received the answer I paid for and I have yet to get an e-mail response back. Also, I went to the website's Contact Us section to find another means of recouping my funds and the e-mail address provided, which is the only means of contacting the company, is an invalid one. Don't waste your money, whatever you do!
