I received a Black Gold scratch off in Publisher's Clearing House envelope with their offers. I scratched off the circles and found I'd won a Million Dollars Sweepstakes, or so it says on the scratch off card. I sent it back by certified USPS. Only to find, it was only a drawing. I'd hoped to bring my elderly mother home from the nursing home where she stays. I've shed a few tears and moved on from my dream. My complaint is that the ticket wasn't labeled correctly as a Black Gold Sweepstakes Drawing, it was marked only as a sweepstakes! They should call it a drawing because it is. I've bought from them things I use, and I use them frequently, and they were good buys. However, since they can't be honest in their labeling, in the future, I've stopped buying. They need to clean up their drawings and show integrity by saying what it really is.
