Like the hundreds of other complaints I signed up for a free 30 day trial and after 14 days and only trying their product for 7 days (which did not work) they took $39.99 out of my account. the 14 day trial was from the day they shipped it not from the time you received it. when I called them they told me I had to cancel my subscription which I never signed up for. they told me they would send a confirmation E-mail which I have not seen. this is total fraud and needs to be shut down.
