I ordered a free two week trial, for equinox, and paid for the shipping, I was debited after 4 days for 103.00. I could not see that the product was working at all. When I called customer service, I was told I could be given a refund, but would have to pay for the product that was shipped to me (59.95). I explained it was supposed to be a free 2-week trial, and I was not happy with the product. Then I was told that if I would return the product, and pay for that shipping I would be given a refund minus a 20.00 restocking fee. After arguing about this I finally gave up and agreed, and was assured that any future orders or debits would be cancelled. I shipped the product back (8.30 shipping). 5 days later I was charged 99.00 from a different company, but found out when I called to ask about the charge, that it was for the same product I had already shipped back. I have not received any refunds, and am now told they cannot find any information about anything being shipped to me.
