Completesave scammed £15 out of my bank account, without my consent. I phoned them and they said they would refund my money in 2-5 days. The man on the phone was fairly rude and very defensive, insisted I had given my bank details to them, which I had not. I phoned my bank, who have blocked completesave from taking more money, they advised me to phone them and tell them I want my £15 refunded, if it's not refunded they said they'd start a fraud investigation. The bank worker actually told me completesave had scammed £15 from his bank account too and they are often linked to companies like 'trainline', and if you unwittingly tick a box, probably thinking it's terms and conditions, it's actually these fraudsters. Anyway, everybody beware when buying online !
