In 2014 I purchased a resort vacation package for $298.00US . I was unable to use this vacation and on Feb19,2015 - I received a call from a Richard Francis asking if I would like to change the package to an ownership package in the amount of $ 598.00 US . Since there were unforeseen circumstance that I could not take the vacations immediately - I decided this would be a great opportunity. I was never told that I had one year to take the vacation at the host resort. Today ( Jan 16,2016 ) I received a call stating that since I had not fulfilled the agreement as per THEIR recorded conversation , I would have to pay another $ 598.00 US ( and again was assured this would make this package with no expiration )
This is a real hoax ...... beware everyone . What can be done to correct my issue - please help
