We signed up for their course under the pretense of a money back guarantee, provided it was in their stated 30 day time limit. They are refusing to refund our money, denying they ever offered a risk free purchase stating that it was never mentioned in the webinar. This is incorrect. Furthermore, we never signed into their website, activated our account, and used our login and password- any programmer or back-end website developer can confirm this- but they are not honoring their refund policy stating we had access to their information, and do not care that we will never use their services. I consider this money hungry company that does not care about customer service and satisfaction.
