Ordered medicals on Sept. 15. 2015 and payed with my Mastercard. Order ID: G09-209200 was given. Also a trackable counter service of 30,00 was provided. However Package has I believe never been sent and never received at my address in Cologne.
We have now 07.01.2016 and is is been said: delivery takes 5-9 days to dispatch.
