On the 17th Dec I purchase 2 FREE samples of cream only paying the P&P. Horrified on the 31st Dec they took the two above amounts out of my account £99 AND £93. I did not authorise this. I contacted my bank and they cancelled my card. My bank contacted the company and they said I had signed up to a membership and they were well within their rights. I did not see anywhere the huge cost of the cream and definitely would not of purchased cream at this cost. the company offered me a partial refund of £30 each. Even £70 a pot is way over price. I have researched the company on Google and it has nothing but complaints about being mislead. There are lots of complaints in the UK as well as America. This company rip people off and are getting away with it
