iphone 4 sent of the cash and waited but no phone came just a email from them saying wait did not think i will get it but i sent a email saying tha if i did not get the phone by the 8th/11/2011 i will report tho uk banks and overseas gess what today 11/11/2011 i got my phone well happy ps and it is new.

Hi Ivor,
I am a victim of this scam, the phones are cloned do not function with iTunes.
I along with others have advised our credit card providers, who are investigating this fraud.
I took the phone to the Apple Store who confirmed it was a clone.
China has 22 unofficial Apple stores www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-14503724
