I tried to cash out some money on 23rd of dec , im fully aware of holidays and all that , but today on 4th of january i still havent received my money im also aware of waiting 5 days but from 23 of december to 4th of january if ive paid attention in school , this is more then 5 days , i dont want an apology i want my money in my account , shame really they just act if someone writes here , but on customer support just answers from a prepared troubleshoot guide to keep clients sweet
