I just happened to be going over my account and noticed that not only has this company taken $49.50 out of my account Jan.1,2016, but they also have taken the same amount out in Dec.2015. I am also on a fixed income and bills will start building up and getting behind. Is there anyway that I can stop this? Is there anyone who can help me out of this dilemma? I noticed on my debit card transactions on 11/7 and I noticed that I had a unauthorized $49.50 taken off my debit card and I called them and suppose to send me form on my email and have not received it yet.
