This is what I just sent to Segpay.

Below is what I got from a website that claims they canceled my membership on Dec. 9 but you clowns Segpay, keep billing me.
The site is for Blacked.com and why are you SOBs continuing to bill me. I will submit this as a complaint on scam book.
I have asked to have this canceled for the last three months, to no avail, and now the site says to talk to you.

This is what I got from the website, and they tell me that you, Segpay, have not canceled after repeated requests.


Received from website 12/28 after seeing a third charge on my CC.

Hi,

I can confirm that your membership was in fact cancelled on December 9th as requested and there are no other charges from BLACKED.com showing. Please see screenshot below.

I am very sorry you are experiencing problems but would kindly ask that you contact Segpay in order to find out what these charges are for so that they may deal with this issue for you.

Goddammit Izzy:

I go this message on the 9th, stating my membership has been cancelled and I quote "There will be no further charges.", and TODAY on my CC is this:

Card Hold L0070 $29.95 12/26/2015 12/29/2015 34 - SEGPAYEU.COM/GEN

WOULD YOU PLEASE CANCEL THIS THING ONCE AND FOR ALL. AND REIMBURSE THE CURRENT CHARGE ON MY CC.
YOU ARE PERILOUSLY CLOSE TO FRAUD.

WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH YOU PEOPLE, THIS IS THREE MONTHS ON A ROW!!!!!!
