My payment has always been done on the first of every month with a specific card. On Novemeber I had to make a one time payment with my bank card, now in december they charged my original credit card on the first for 162.00 and my bank card on the 18th so they took 2 payments from me. Called spent 1 hour on the phone with them for them to tell me there is nothing they can do for me. That all they can do is changed correctly my payment date for the first of the month once again. This will be the last time I deal with these people they have robbed me now they are talking about a buy out that I have no idea of saying that I can buy it out for 600.00 dollars I been paying since June 162.00 and the furniture I got was 900.00 so how much interest am I paying? Plus if I dont buy it out i have to keep paying for 18 months.These people are scammers. I will report them to the BBB.
